骨盤ネジ締め-Pelvis Exercise (5月6日)
"First time" is a thing that will happened to anybody, in their entire life
(first time meet somebody, first time job, first time delivering a baby, etc.)
and it is always be a very unforgettable experience .........
My "first time" as pelvis instructor at Yuka-ane studio was a mess.
I was very nervous, and sweat ............
I was so nervous to realize that I spent more than 20 minutes.......
20 minutes !! just to tighten the biceps muscle in warming up session
and... one, two, three, four, lift it (arms) up and step side ~~
